Brian Snyder

Brian Snyder is currently serving as the Continuous Improvement Process Owner at NiSource, a position held since December 2024. Prior to this role, Brian worked as a Chemical & Environmental Compliance Specialist at NIPSCO from January 2017 to December 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing various water and chemistry plans. Between December 2003 and January 2017, Brian was employed by American Electric Power as a Plant Chemist, managing aspects of water treatment and chemistry, and previously held the title of Environmental Chemist, focusing on environmental water sampling and compliance consulting. Earlier experience includes an internship at Sonneborn, LLC, as a Chemist, and a research internship at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Brian holds a Master of Science in Analytical Chemistry from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from PennWest Clarion.
