Carson Stephens

Carson Stephens currently serves as the Operational Excellence Manager for Management of Change at NiSource, focusing on enhancing pipeline safety and performance through risk management and process standardization. Prior experience includes a role as a Safety Specialist at the Virginia State Corporation Commission, where Carson ensured compliance with state regulations in the natural gas sector through audits and inspections. Carson also worked as a Project Engineer at Southland Industries, leading project teams to meet contractual requirements and manage large-scale budgets, and as a Project Management Intern, overseeing quality control during a major data center commissioning project. Carson holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sustainable Performance and Energy Management from Virginia Tech.
