Connor McGrath

Connor McGrath, PMP, serves as the Director of Standards and Compliance at NiSource since January 2023. Prior to this role, Connor was the Field Engineering Manager at Columbia Gas of Ohio, where responsibilities included leading engineering activities to ensure safe and reliable natural gas service statewide. Connor's career at NiSource began as the New Business Program Manager, driving customer addition processes across seven states and aligning multiple departments for enhanced performance. Earlier experience includes positions at Columbia Gas of Virginia, culminating as the Field Engineering Leader, along with engineering roles focused on managing significant pipeline projects and regulatory compliance. Connor holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, completed in 2009.
