Crystal Strain is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in business analysis and system implementation. Currently serving as the Lead Business Analyst for SAP/Salesforce implementation at NiSource, Crystal has held various significant roles, including IT Lead Business Analyst and Information Technology Business Relationship Manager. Previous experience includes positions such as Digital Systems Analyst-Consultant at Alliance Data card services, Sr. Business Analyst at ICC, and IT Solutions Professional at Advocate Solutions, LLC. Crystal also has a strong foundation in agile methodologies, holding a Certified Scrum Master certification and completing ASPE Agile Practitioner Training. Crystal's educational background includes a degree from Franklin University, acquired between 1981 and 1985.
