Dan Dring

Dan Dring is a seasoned professional in labor relations with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Labor Relations at NiSource since June 2023, Dan previously held the title of Vice President of Labor Strategy at DHL Supply Chain from August 2020 to January 2023. Between April 2009 and January 2019, Dan was Vice President of Labor & Employee Relations at TreeHouse Foods, overseeing labor relations strategy for over 50 manufacturing sites in the U.S. Prior positions include Director of Employee and Labor Relations at Mercury Marine from 2005 to 2009, Labor Relations Representative at Exelon Nuclear from 2000 to 2005, and Labor Relations Representative at Archer Daniels Midland Company from 1997 to 2000. Dan holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an M.A. in Public Administration with a focus on Collective Bargaining/Labor Relations from the University of Illinois Springfield.
