Ellen Macke

Ellen Macke is the Director of Workplace Connections at NiSource, where they lead the design and delivery of strategies that enhance employee engagement and promote inclusion. Prior to this role, they served as the Corporate Communications Manager at NiSource and held various managerial positions, including Director of Government and Public Affairs at Columbia Gas of Ohio. Ellen's early career included roles in community relations and communications across several organizations, including Columbia Pipeline Group and the City of Dublin Parks & Open Space. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Miami University in 2010.
