Jamie worked at Nationwide from 2011 to 2016 as a Director of IT Applications, overseeing several financial back-office applications, and held roles ranging from Project Lead to Manager within IT departments. Currently, Jamie serves as the Customer Engagement & Transformation Leader at NiSource, leading initiatives in multichannel customer engagement portfolios. Jamie earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and an MBA from Franklin University.
