Jan Matusz

Jan Matusz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process improvement and financial management at NiSource since 2000. Currently serving as Process Improvement Manager since September 2016, Jan delivers significant operational enhancements through the independent leadership of Supply Chain projects and the development of a framework for process improvement. Prior roles include Business Process Lead, where Jan implemented the PeopleSoft procurement system and redesigned processes for efficiency, and Manager of Accounts Payable, overseeing functions for NiSource and its affiliates. Jan's career began at Columbia Gas Transmission as a Financial Analyst, focusing on economic analysis and risk assessment. Jan holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Duquesne University and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
