John Scott

John Scott is an experienced tax professional with a strong background in indirect taxes and business compliance. Currently serving as the Director of Indirect Taxes at NiSource since February 2015, John has previously held the position of Director of Business Compliance at Luxottica Retail from December 2006 to December 2014, where responsibilities included managing tax strategy and compliance for a global retail company. From June 1992 to December 2006, John worked as Tax Director for Non-Income Taxes at NCR, focusing on tax savings, audits, and process improvements. John holds an M.B.A. and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Kentucky.
