Lance Molenda

Lance Molenda is a seasoned engineer currently serving as a Gas System Field Engineer at NiSource since 2017, overseeing construction and maintenance projects at LNG storage facilities. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior Engineer at Valdes Engineering Company from 2009 to 2016, where they managed engineering proposals and cost estimates while ensuring compliance with industry standards. Lance began their career with R.T. Patterson Company, Inc. from 1988 to 1998 as the Manager of Structural Inspections and later held a position at Orbital Engineering, Inc. from 2001 to 2009 as a Project Engineer and Inspection Program Manager. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
