Laticia Rhone

Laticia Rhone is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational effectiveness and change management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Business Integration at NiSource since July 2017, Laticia has held multiple leadership roles focused on optimizing organizational design, driving efficiency, and managing talent placement. Prior to joining NiSource, Laticia was with U.S. Cellular for over ten years, where responsibilities spanned from leading enterprise change management teams to strategic operations and customer service roles. Laticia's contributions extend to board membership in the African American Employee Resource Group, where Laticia created leadership development programs. Laticia holds a Master's degree in Management of Organizational Behavior from Benedictine University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Miles College.
