Laura Rosenthal, MBA, currently serves as Director in the Office of the Group Utilities and Chief of Staff to the EVP Group President at NiSource, where tenure spans from July 2014 to present. Previous roles at NiSource include Director of Billing, Payments & Customer Programs, Program Director for Advanced Metering Infrastructure, Director of Customer Operations, Manager of the Customer Operations Project Team, Operations Planning Management, and Senior Business Improvement Analyst. Prior experience includes serving as Lead Consultant at PI Management Services from July 2011 to July 2014 and as Materials Manager at American Woodmark from August 2009 to May 2011.
