Marcel Sluiter

Marcel Sluiter is an experienced professional with a focus on customer service and telephony channel management. Currently serving as a Team Lead and Customer Service Representative at NiSource since October 2016, Marcel is actively seeking new challenges in the customer service area. Previous roles include managing telephony channels and IVR applications for Vattenfall's Customer Care Centers in both the Netherlands and Sweden and working in operational support for Nuon's Customer Care Center. Marcel has a solid background in application management and customer administration, having begun a career at PGEM managing industrial electricity customer accounts. Marcel's educational background includes Havo studies completed between 1978 and 1983 and additional education at Midland from 1983 to 1985.
