Mark Pratt

Mark Pratt is a Field Leader in Quality Assurance at NiSource, where they have been recognized for their expertise in operational excellence since 2022. Prior to this role, they served in the US Navy for 24 years as a Nuclear Machinist Mate Chief, overseeing the operation and maintenance of nuclear reactors and managing placement for over 250 commands. Mark holds a Nuclear Operators License from Nuclear Power School, completed in 2000, and possesses extensive experience in quality assurance, having worked as a qualified Quality Assurance Inspector for 18 years and a Supervisor for 12 years. They also dedicated six years to training over 1,000 operators as an instructor, showcasing their strong commitment to education and personnel development.
