Melissa Kelly has over six years of experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Sourcing & Engagement Consultant at NiSource since December 2019, previous roles within the company included Talent Engagement & Onboarding Consultant, Recruiting Partner, and Talent Development Specialist. Prior to NiSource, experience included a position as a Human Resource Coordinator at Applied Industrial Technologies and various roles at Ohio University, including serving as a Student Ambassador at the Career and Leadership Development Center and an Alumni Events Assistant at the Konneker Alumni Center. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Organizational Communication Studies from Ohio University.
