Michael Guevara

Michael Guevara is an experienced Principal Consultant for Human and Organizational Performance at NIPSCO, with a strong background in the utilities industry. They previously held various roles at NIPSCO, including Engineer III, Operations Supervisor, Superintendent of FGD Operations, and Site Manager at Bailly Generating Station. Michael has managed significant projects, overseen operations at multiple generating units, and co-chaired the plant safety committee. They earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University Northwest.
