Niharika Kona

Niharika Kona is a seasoned quality data analyst with extensive experience in data analytics and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Sr. Quality Data Analyst in the Quality Management System at NiSource since July 2021, Niharika previously held the role of Sr. Data Analyst in Damage Prevention at the same company from November 2018 to November 2020. Earlier experience includes working as an Analyst at National Computer Systems, where Niharika conducted exploratory data analyses and provided analytical insights through dashboards, and as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Serco BPO Solutions for the Google Maps project, where Niharika developed innovative methods for evaluating call quality and data capture. Niharika holds a Master of Science in Data Analytics from Bowling Green State University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Gokul Institute of Technology and Sciences.
