Patrick Donlon

Patrick Donlon is currently the Senior Director of Rates and Regulatory at NiSource, where they oversee regulatory affairs. Previously, they served as the Director of Regulatory Accounting at The AES Corporation and held significant roles at the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio, including Director of Rates and Analysis and Executive Director of the Ohio Power Siting Board. Patrick has extensive experience in regulatory strategy, expert testimony, and team leadership across various utilities and energy sectors. They also taught classes on regulatory topics at Michigan State University and have contributed to international regulatory training initiatives in Kosovo and Rwanda. Patrick earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Ohio Wesleyan University and an MBA from Franklin University.
