Phil Evans

Phil Evans is an experienced IT finance and project management professional with a substantial background in managing large transformational IT programs. Currently serving as the IT Portfolio Finance Manager at NiSource since September 2011, Phil oversees financial management for IT projects totaling over $100 million annually and manages project controllers focused on accounting, financial planning, and supply chain functions for major initiatives. Prior roles within NiSource include managing cybersecurity projects and overseeing IT project portfolio execution. Phil's previous experience spans several companies, including American Electric Power and JPMorgan Chase, where responsibilities included project control and management, financial reporting, and liaising between various departments. Phil holds an MBA in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from The Ohio State University.
