Phil Patrick is a results-oriented leader with 25 years of experience in the land survey and management field. They currently serve as the Manager of Land Projects at NiSource Survey and Land, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, Phil worked as the Leader of NIPSCO/NiSource Survey and Land in Indiana from 2019 to 2025 and served as a Land Agent in the NiSource Survey and Land Department from 2013 to 2019. Phil began their career as a Land Surveyor at Robinson Engineering. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management Engineering Technology from Purdue University Calumet.
