Phil Winter

Phil Winter currently serves as the Director of Gas Operations at NiSource since August 2024. Previously, Phil held the position of Director of Power Delivery T&D Line and Forestry at NIPSCO from July 2019 to August 2024, overseeing the safe service of 500,000 electric customers in northern Indiana. Phil also worked at NiSource/NIPSCO from April 2004 to March 2022 as both Manager of Major Projects and Director of System Modernization and AMR. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Purdue University Northwest (2006-2008) and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Civil Engineering Technology/Technician from the same institution (2001-2005).
