Reginald Fields

Reginald Fields is an experienced communication executive currently serving as Director of Corporate Communications and Executive Director of the NiSource Charitable Foundation since August 2023, where responsibilities include leading executive communications and strategic messaging related to public affairs and sustainability initiatives. Previously, Reginald held roles such as Director of Corporate Social Responsibility at NiSource and Public Relations Consultant at Fields Communication. Reginald's extensive background includes serving as Vice President of Communications and External Affairs at North American Dental Group, and as Senior Director at Ohio State Medical Association, where strategic messaging and stakeholder relationships were key focuses. Reginald has also held significant journalism positions, including Statehouse Bureau Chief at The Plain Dealer and reporter roles at several prominent news organizations, earning nominations for the Pulitzer Prize. Reginald holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Communication from Ohio University and a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism from Ohio Wesleyan University.
