Ryan Straka

Ryan Straka is a seasoned professional in transformational leadership and operations management, currently serving as the Director of Transformation for Gas Utilities at NiSource since May 2011. In this role, Ryan Straka has successfully driven transformational change and collaborated with stakeholders across the organization to achieve program objectives. Prior roles at NiSource include Leader of Continuous Improvement, Director of Procurement Operations, Manager of Procurement Operations, and Manager of Gas Operations Integration Center. Previously, Ryan Straka held the position of Production Control Assistant Manager and Shipping/Receiving Manager at Hi-Tek Manufacturing from March 2006 to May 2011 and served as Plant/Production Manager at Rampf Group, Inc. from 2001 to 2006. Ryan Straka holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Management from Miami University, completed between 1996 and 2001, and graduated from St. John's Jesuit High School & Academy in 1996.
