Sam Abdullah is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in real estate and commercial transactions. Currently serving as Senior Counsel for Commercial & Real Estate at NiSource since October 2022, Sam has previously held roles including Senior Transactional Counsel at Washington Prime Group Inc. and various positions at the Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA), focusing on real estate and commercial transactions. Sam's career began as a Legal Intern with the Columbus City Attorney's Office, progressing to Senior Attorney in the Real Estate Division.
