Stacy Antonopoulos

Stacy Antonopoulos serves as the Director of Talent Strategy & Leadership Development at NiSource since March 2022. Prior to this role, Stacy held the position of Director of Talent Management at The Michaels Companies, Inc. from August 2020 to March 2022, where responsibilities included driving innovative talent management strategies and overseeing performance management and development planning. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Talent & Leadership Development at Brock Group, Manager of Talent & HR at GTCR LLC, and various HR roles at BakerCorp, including HR Director for Talent Management and Education & Development. Stacy began a career in project management and field chemistry at Heritage Environmental Services. A graduate of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Stacy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Ecology, Ethology, and Evolution.
