Stefany Jacobo

Stefany Jacobo is a seasoned professional in diversity, equity, and inclusion with a strong background in partnership management and financial development. Currently serving as a Workplace Connection Manager at NiSource since August 2023, Stefany previously held the role of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Specialist at US Foods from August 2022 to August 2023. Prior experience includes leadership positions such as Director of Strategic Partnerships and Partnership Engagement Manager at the Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement, where Stefany successfully cultivated relationships with over 70 corporate partners and developed database systems for partner engagement. Stefany's career also includes a role as Finance & Development Coordinator at the United States Hispanic Leadership Institute, where financial strategies were implemented, and quarterly financial statements were presented to the Board of Directors. Additionally, Stefany was named Miss U.S. Latina in 2016 and began a professional journey with a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs with a focus on Public Financial Management from Indiana University Bloomington.
