Steve Pennington

Steve Pennington is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and work planning within the utility sector, currently serving as the Work Planning & Forecasting Manager at NiSource since July 2015. In this role, Steve is responsible for the planning and implementation of operational and capital budget programs, focusing on work optimization and resource allocation. Prior to this, Steve held various leadership positions at NiSource, including overseeing Meter to Cash processes and directing scheduling efforts to enhance efficiency and compliance. Steve also led the GOLD Employee Resource Group, promoting diversity and inclusion within the organization. Before joining NiSource, Steve gained significant experience at NetJets in scheduling and management roles, where responsibilities included crew scheduling and contract management. Steve earned a Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management from The Ohio State University.
