Steve Sylvester

Steve Sylvester has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as Vice President of Environment Health, Safety and Environmental Execution, Fleet Operations, and Vice President of Operational Support at NiSource since September 2022. Prior to this role, Steve held the position of Vice President of Gas Operations at Northern Indiana Public Service Company (NIPSCO) from January 2019 to November 2022, where oversight included a workforce of over 600 employees delivering natural gas service to more than 800,000 customers. Additionally, Steve served as Vice President-General Manager at Columbia Gas of Ohio from January 2017 to May 2018, managing services for 1.4 million customers. Steve holds a high school diploma from Buckeye Valley High School.
