Susan Taylor

Susan Taylor has over three decades of experience in financial leadership roles, primarily at NiSource since January 1993, where Susan serves as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. Taylor has a strong track record of collaborating with senior leaders to create financial plans and forecasts and has led the implementation of innovative financial processes recognized as industry best practices. Prior roles include Director of Performance Management and Director of Transition Service Agreement Financials, where achievements include developing sustainable success metrics, overseeing significant financial governance, and establishing efficient billing processes. Earlier experience at KPMG US involved performing operational audits, improving engagement budgets, and maintaining strong client relationships. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Ohio University.
