Symantha Dion is a seasoned IT professional with over 19 years of experience in various roles within information technology. Currently serving as the Lead IT Operations Analyst at NiSource since April 2011, Symantha specializes in telecom expense management, mobile optimization, vendor management, and process improvements among other responsibilities.
