Taryn Hammond

Taryn Hammond currently serves as the Manager of Data Governance Activation at NiSource, where responsibilities include overseeing the Data Ownership community, managing KPI processes, and maintaining data governance standards for the enterprise. Prior to this role, Taryn amassed over thirteen years of experience at Nationwide, taking on positions such as Consultant for Data Governance Advisor, where strategic imperatives in Claims Data Governance were executed, and Consultant for Enterprise Anti-Fraud, focusing on risk exposure and fraud prevention. Taryn also held roles as Associate Product Manager, Senior Product Analyst, Business Information Analyst, Property Claims Adjuster, and Customer Service Representative. Taryn holds an M.B.A. in Organizational Leadership from Ohio Dominican University and a B.A. in Business and Economics from Muskingum University.
