Troy Carlson

Troy Carlson is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems analysis and web administration. Currently serving as a Senior IT Systems Analyst at NiSource since October 2012, Troy focuses on updating systems and web applications that measure gas consumption for corporate customers. Prior to this role, Troy was a Web Administrator at MindLeaders, managing corporate website functionality and integrating SalesForce to track customer interactions. Earlier experience includes working as a Database Programmer at Influent, where SQL Server Integration Services Packages and Reporting Services reports were created, and as a Lead Application Developer at JP Morgan Chase, where web user interfaces for a Learning Management System were developed. Troy holds an Associate's degree in Information Technology from DeVry University and a BA in English and French from Ball State University.
