Devon Hobson is an experienced professional currently serving as Manager of Agile Transformation and Enterprise Agile Coach at NiSource since July 2020, with a prior role as Scrum Master. Devon has accumulated extensive experience in Agile methodologies through various roles at organizations such as State Auto Insurance and a Large Financial Institute, both as a Scrum Master. Devon's earlier positions include Sustainability Coordinator and Scrum Master at American Electric Power, along with several QA and project management roles at companies including Lightwell Inc., Autosoft, Inc., and Grupo HDI. Devon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology & Health with a minor in Management Information Systems from Miami University.
