Andy Kennington has extensive experience in mechanical engineering and quality assurance within both military and automotive sectors. Initial training occurred with HM Forces as a Mechanical Student and Staff Assistant, managing vehicle testing centers across Germany. Subsequently, as a Regional Engineering Operations Manager, oversight was provided for over 300 mechanical engineers and support personnel at multiple locations. Roles evolved to include Engineering Manager and Senior Permanent Staff Instructor, focusing on compliance with regulations and training program management for military units. Since joining Nissan Motor Manufacturing Ltd in 2012, Andy has held positions as Quality Assurance Engineer and Supervisor Quality Assurance, emphasizing collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance quality standards and resolve technical issues.
