Andy Marsh

Andy Marsh is currently the Vice President of Production Engineering, Quality Engineering, and Manufacturing Strategy at Nissan Motor Corporation, where they oversee new model launches and major infrastructure projects in Europe and Africa. Previously, they served as General Manager of Nissan Europe Production Engineering and held various leadership positions at Renault Group, including Deputy Managing Director at Usine de Flins. Their extensive experience in manufacturing includes roles at Nissan Motor Manufacturing UK Ltd. and Nissan Manufacturing Russia, where they managed key model launches and capacity expansions. Andy holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne and an MBA from The Open University.
