Greg Nelson

Greg Nelson currently serves as the Program Manager for Motorsports at Nissan Motor Corporation, overseeing the GT4 program and leading the Nissan Acceleration Team focused on employee motorsports development. With extensive experience at Harley-Davidson Motor Company, Nelson held various roles including Senior Program Manager and Marketing Operations Lead, where responsibilities encompassed vehicle compliance and sustainability. In addition, Nelson has a background as a Homologation Engineer with both Buell Motorcycle Company and Harley-Davidson, ensuring regulatory compliance for new motorcycle designs. Nelson’s foundational skills were further developed during service with the US Air Force Reserve as a C-130 Hercules Aircraft Maintenance Technician. Academic qualifications include an MBA in International Business from Marquette University, a Master’s in Engineering Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
