Haley Top is a driven manufacturing and operations professional with over six years of experience in the field. Currently an Industrial Engineer at Nissan Motor Corporation, Haley previously served as Operations Manager and Area Continuous Improvement Manager at Georgia-Pacific LLC, where they led efforts to enhance manufacturing operations. Haley began their career as the Student Director of B.E.S.T Robotics at Bagley College of Engineering, fostering engineering skills among K-12 students. They hold a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Mississippi State University.
