Leon Martinez

Leon Martinez serves as the CHRO and Vice President of Human Resources for Nissan Americas since April 2020, overseeing HR operations in the U.S. Previously, Leon held significant roles in global human resources management, including Divisional General Manager for Global Talent Management at Nissan Motor Corporation and VP of Human Resources for Latin America at Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi. Experience also includes positions at Mondelēz International, DHL, General Mills, and GE, where Leon directed HR functions across various regions and employee bases. An industrial engineer by education, Leon obtained a degree from IEST Anáhuac in 1994.
