Patrick Hillis, CCP, has extensive experience in human resources and compensation management. Serving as Senior Manager of Total Rewards at Nissan North America since February 2007, Patrick is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating base pay and pay-for-performance programs, as well as conducting market studies to assess the company's competitive position within the auto sector. Prior to this role, Patrick held the position of Director of Human Resources at FedEx Services from January 1990 to February 2007, overseeing corporate compensation programs for multiple operating companies, which included responsibilities in base pay administration, market analyses, variable pay, and executive compensation. Patrick earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Memphis between 1982 and 1986.
