Phil Burrows is a CIPD qualified professional with 25 years of HR experience, specializing in reward, executive compensation, pensions, and international mobility. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Global Executive Compensation at Nissan Motor Corporation since 2015, Phil facilitates executive talent acquisition and retention on a global scale. Previously, Phil held various HR management roles at Nissan, focusing on compensation, benefits, and strategy across the Europe region. Additionally, Phil served as the Chairman of the Trustees of the UK DB pension plan and has been involved in significant HR change projects throughout their career.
