Tim Scott is currently an SCM Manager for Supplier Risk Management at Nissan North America, where they manage a team of Analysts to mitigate supply chain disruptions through resource alignment and logistics planning. Previously, Tim held several positions at Nissan, including Manager of Design Change Coordination and Manager of Production, where they oversaw teams of production supervisors and technicians to improve efficiency while maintaining quality standards. Tim began their career at Nissan as an Industrial Engineer, focusing on work standards and capacity reports. They earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Tennessee Technological University.
