Vincent Ma is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Senior Manager in M&A at Nissan Motor Corporation since 2023. Previously, they held positions as an Associate in Corporate Finance/M&A at ING from 2017 to 2021 and as a Senior Analyst in Private Equity at Heemin Capital from 2016 to 2017. Vincent began their career at KPMG China as an Assistant Manager in Audit from 2011 to 2014. They earned a Master of Science in Finance and a Master of Science in Investment Management & Risk Management from the HKUST Business School between 2014 and 2016, following a Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration from Chongqing University from 2007 to 2011.
