Mukti Barai

Mukti Barai has had a career in academia, primarily in the field of electrical engineering. They started their career as an Assistant Professor at NITC, but the start year is unknown. In 2010, they joined the National Institute of Technology, Calicut as an Assistant Professor in the Electrical and Electronics Engineering department. In 2018, they were promoted to the position of Associate Professor at NIT Calicut. No specific end dates are provided for any of these roles.

Mukti Barai studied at Tarak Nagar J.S. Primary and High School and Bagula Higher Secondary School in Nadia, West Bengal. After completing high school, Mukti pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Power Electronics and Electrical Engineering from BE College Shibpur in 1992. Subsequently, in 1994, they obtained a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree in the same field. Finally, in 2009, Mukti completed their PhD in Power Electronics and Electrical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur.
