Mandar Vaze has over two decades of experience in the ceramics industry, currently serving as a Senior Engineer Kiln at NITCO LIMITED since February 2010. Prior to this role, Mandar was a Kiln Controller at RAK Ceramics from August 2004 to January 2010, and worked as a Kiln Engineer at Murudeshwar Ceramics Limited between February 2000 and May 2004. Mandar holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from KLE Polytechnic Hubli and completed schooling at St. Marys Convent High School.
