Ryan Murphy is an Associate CIPD and Human Resources Manager at Nitec Solutions, where they focus on providing ongoing HR support to small- and medium-sized businesses. After a decade of management experience in the hospitality sector, Ryan retrained in Human Resources in 2020/2021, culminating in the establishment of Familiar Face Human Resources and Operational Consultancy in mid-2022. Ryan is passionate about transforming the reputation of HR by advocating for proactive approaches to employee relations, performance management, and organizational health, ensuring both businesses and employees thrive. They hold several qualifications in Human Resources and a first-class honors degree in Journalism from Ulster University.
