Anh Phan

Anh Phan is a seasoned PMO Manager at Niteco since May 2018, with a focus on enhancing project delivery processes and supporting bid management activities. Responsibilities include leading the PMO Assistant team, implementing new operational standards, managing project dependencies, and addressing issues to ensure client satisfaction. Anh Phan also oversees human resource management within the PMO Department, fostering talent development in conjunction with HR. Prior experience includes a role as a Teacher/Teaching Assistant at the Academy of British International Training from January 2017 to May 2018. Anh Phan holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam and a High School Diploma from Hung Vuong Gifted High School, specializing in Information Technology.
