David Carter

David Carter is an insurance professional with extensive experience in the Australasian and international insurance markets. They have held leadership roles, including Chief Executive Officer at Infinity Insurance Cambodia and Aon Vietnam, where they successfully managed national operations and developed business strategies. Currently, David serves as a Non-Executive Director at Niteco and a Project Manager at Weather Risk Management Solutions while continuing to strengthen their expertise through ongoing education with the Australian Institute of Company Directors. David has earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and has actively contributed to various industry associations, including serving as President of the Australian Business Association of Cambodia and Vice President of AusCham Vietnam.
