Erick Sanchez

Erick Sanchez has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Erick began their career as a Customer Service Representative for Ford Credit at Sykes in 2007. Erick then moved on to work at Fujitsu in 2008 as an SFDC Customer Support, providing troubleshooting and configuration assistance on the SFDC cloud platform. Following this, they joined Cisco TAC as an Engineer, providing remote support to customers with production network infrastructure environments. During their time at Cisco TAC, they gained experience in VoiP protocols and eventually became a Technical Team Lead, providing remote support to customers around the world and resolving escalation issues. In 2018, Erick joined SYKES Costa Rica as a Technical Operations Supervisor and Project Manager, where they were responsible for building and supervising a 24/7 technical support operation and meeting project schedule and results. Most recently, Erick worked at NearLinx as a NOC Analyst II, where they resolved complex networking issues, monitored customer networks, and provided technical support for telecom transport services. Currently, Erick is employed at Nitel as a NOC Engineer.
