Patti Annis

Patti Annis has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Director of Quality Assurance at Nitel since January 2011. In this role, Patti has developed operational processes, paperwork, and training to effectively install VoIP services nationwide, while managing a provisioning team responsible for SIP Trunking, Hosted, MPLS Networks, and IP services. Prior to Nitel, Patti worked at Access One, Inc. as a Service Delivery Representative, where management of 30-40 simultaneous projects was essential, acting as the primary contact for customers, vendors, and internal resources. Additionally, from 2000 to 2009, Patti held the position of Implementation Manager at First Communications, overseeing 30 to 80 simultaneous projects involving various telecommunication services.
