Robert Gianquinto

Robert Gianquinto has over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Robert is currently serving as the SVP Global Supply Chain & Pricing at Nitel since 2022. Prior to this, they held various positions in companies like Level 3 Communications, Lumen Technologies, Global Crossing, Con Edison Communications, and Teleport Communications Group.

At Level 3 Communications, Robert was the VP Access Management Asia from 2010 onwards. Robert managed a global team and was responsible for contract negotiations, pricing, provisioning, maintenance, and billing support for third party access providers. Robert also evaluated various access technologies.

Later, at Lumen Technologies, Robert served as the Sr. Director Access Management, Network Planning & Implementation from November 2017 to November 2022. Robert handled third-party telco-related activities, vendor and contract management, quoting planning, optimization, expansion, margin assurance, and offnet CDN negotiations and deployments. Robert also established and fostered relationships with carriers and negotiated innovative contracts.

Before that, at Global Crossing, Robert was the Director of Carrier Relations starting from April 2003 to August 2010. Robert led negotiations with facility, voice, and wireless access suppliers in North America, establishing new contracts, discount plans, and reducing overall access costs. Robert managed relationships with multiple access providers in the US and Canada.

Robert's career began at Con Edison Communications where they worked as the Manager of Service Management from May 2002 to April 2003. Robert also served as the Provisioning Manager at Teleport Communications Group from 1995 to 2000.

Overall, Robert Gianquinto has extensive experience in supply chain management, pricing, contract negotiations, access management, vendor management, and relationship building in the telecommunications industry.

Robert Gianquinto attended Wagner College from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics/Finance.
